At Metta Box - CrossFit Droitwich we use functional fitness to help people become Healthier, Happier, Fitter and Stronger. Regardless of whether your goal is to improve you posture, compete as an athlete or just feel healthier, we’re confident you’ll find that with us. All you need is an open mind and commitment to do some hard work.
It all starts with a chat and movement assessment. One of our freindly coaches will meet with you and answer any of your questions. At the same time we’ll have a look at how you move and give you an idea of what to expect.
After you’re assessment we’ll load you on to our 6 session foundation course. Here we will introduce you to the training environment and the fundamental movements of CrossFit and the methodology that will help you achieve your goals.
Our classes are designed to ensure that you are moving the way you are meant to and that you have a full range of mobility (flexibility). On top of this movement foundation you will engage in a varied programme that keeps your body constantly adapting.
