About CrossFit Teens

Teenage years can be some of the best and some of the worst years in a young persons life. We help make sure they are the best years. Under the guidance of a professional coach, in one of the midlands best functional fitness facilities, teenagers  with us achieve optimal health and performance.  Our teenagers train in a community with other teenagers in a positive and welcoming environment open to all, regardless of fitness levels. With Metta Box CrossFit Droitwich teenagers will never waste a second in the gym, they will follow a highly effective program, experience physical and mental benefits, learn tons of new skills and meet new friends.

The training our teens undertake is ideal for improving a teens strength and conditioning within a sport, or just for improving all round health and fitness.


We provide world class fitness and we take pride in the service that we offer. For teens we offer four classes per week. Three weekday after school sessions 4:00-4:45 (strength and conditioning), and one Saturday session from 1:15-2:15 (team workout). 

Monday - 4:00-4:45pm  (Strength & Conditioning)

Wednesday - 4:00-4:45pm  (Strength & Conditioning)

Friday - 4:00-4:45pm (Strength & Conditioning)

Saturday - 1:15-2:15pm (team workout)


Our gym is more expensive than 'normal gyms'. Why? Because we provide a service, a service that works. Teens and adults DON'T get results in normal gyms. Our gym is one of the best, most well equipped performance facilities in the Midlands. Our coaches are some of the best and most knowledgeable coaches in the country. Following our program under our coaches is guaranteed to dramatically improve a teens health and performance in life and in sport. If it doesn't we'll give you your money back. Don't waste £5 a session in a normal gym getting nowhere, train with us and we'll help you achieve things you didn't believe possible. 

Unlimited Teens Membership - £50 per month no contract

We recommend a minimum of three sessions per week to achieve optimal results

If you want to get healthier, happier, fitter and stronger then yes. We help teens maximise their potential in and out of the gym. Regardless of your currently fitness levels, if you are serious about improving them we'll help you get there as fast as possible.
