At Metta Box, fitness and health is in our blood, it's a key part of our lives. We take our training seriously, we train hard and we encourage each other to do the same. That said, we love and enjoy our training, our community and our lifestyles.

We don't let our clients move poorly. At the base of all true fitness results is sound functional movement. There are not many places you can train where you will be taught how to move correctly. When you are moving correctly your results will fly and your body will feel healthy/pain free.
Regardless of what your goals are, whether you intend to compete, you are a professional sportsman, an U16 or a full time mum wanting to get fitter, our foundation course will help you understand how to move, how to lift, how to train and how to approach your training.
