Laying the Foundations for Life Long Training

It's important to us that you are able to train for years if not the rest of your life. That's why we focus on getting you moving properly first.


Our Foundations package is designed to work for you. You will work 1-2-1 with a coach at times that suit and work for you.


Throughout your foundations package your coach will help you understand and develop confidence in functional movements and different styles of training.


Your coach will act as your mentor and guide you step by step towards being more confident in your abilities.


At the end of your package you will have the option to carry on with Personal Training, to go to Group Classes, or to go onto a Hybrid membership where you do Group sessions and Personal Training.


Included in your package is:

1 x Free InBody Composition Scan and Assessment (Usually £30)

1-2-1 Personal Training & Mentoring

Two weeks of Free Class Membership 

Ongoing Nutritional Advice and Guidance

4 Sessions
I'm confident, I move well and I'm desperate to get into group classes
12 Sessions
I'm not in a rush to get into group classes, I want to learn as much as I can in the 1-2-1 before considering group training
